I find it ironic that after reading every eBook about this subject, this book truly provides the information, the drive, energy, CAN DO hearth felt attitude, thereby setting the record straight- about YOU the READER taking action TODAY. I dare you to read another ebook, only to find yourself spinning out of control because email, social media, reviews and other time consuming chores which other authors focus on- there by causing YOU, the reader to become afraid, frustrated, and most likely wasting money on an Auto responder, Website and other gizmo's that cause delay. Please read every book under the sun about writing eBooks as a business. The honest truth is, no one is perfect, no product is perfect, gosh- even my brand new car has flaws. But one thing is clear- You Will get started after reading this book, FASTER than you will reading other books. By the time you figure out things with the other books, THE advice and ACTION here will short change time. which means more money in your pocket, because you focused on producing more eBooks. With regards to the concise and repeated information, gosh- I have never read an ebook with a review of the chapter which I find valuable and everyone with at least an 8th grade education will understand the message this author is getting across. BJ Min knows his stuff. I've been doing this for over a year now and wanted to see how his step-by-step lined up with my methods.He's spot on.So you don't need to go buy a $500 USD internet class on how to make money with Ebooks - you can just buy this book.The content is quite good. Why not five stars? I had to mark him down for a bit of problem with formatting. Formatting an Ebook is hard to do; it is not quite as simple as create a *.docx and load it into a converter, though that works and I think that is what BJ did for this one. Then again, formatting an Ebook could be a book all by itself...What a great idea!In the meantime, if you are at all interested in writing and publishing Ebooks, this is the place to start. Don't go it alone. Buy this book!
I found How to Make Money with E Books very readable and easy to understand.It gives step by step advice on how to choose a good marketable topic for an ebook and then how to write content or outsource the writing.There are very good graphics to show you just what the writer is explaining.Once the ebook is written, there is an explanation on formatting and editing, and also how to submit the ebook to the different platforms like Amazon, Barnes and Noble, Apple and others.The next step the author explains is the marketing of the ebook.He has broken the steps down into bite-sized pieces which are manageable for any writer.And to follow on from this, there is a how to on growing your ebook businessI highly recommend this book and give it a definite 5 stars.
After reading and using Deb Shenkle's "How To Self-Publish A Kindle Book, A Step-By-Step Guide", a great step-by-step guide for novices (I highly recommend!) I purchased this book on "How To Make Money With Ebooks" which I found especially useful for marketing suggestions after you have created your ebook. It is a useful adjunct to Shenkle's book because it also discusses publishing to Nook and iBookstore, in addition to the Kindle. This book provided useful web sites for publishing your ebook, design and conversion. Also useful was information on cover creation and different methods for writing your book. Outsourcing was an important component of this book. I truly got a lot of useful information from this book which I highly recommend!Randy Young, Ph. D.
