Writer did not seem as informed as I thought he should be.
The man had serious problems of thinking o fhimself as grand minister. However, I think that he had serious mental problems .He definitely has a problem with honesty. I have had the opportunity to meet several people of this church. They also have the problem of thinking of themselves as being better than other people of the Christian faith.
Without purchasing or reading the book I must clear the air. William Marrion Branham called H. Richard Hall via telephone and was tearful. He told H. Richard hall that God was angry. Folks that followed Branham were baptizing people in the name of William Marrion Branham. When Branham heard of this he was deeply troubled and called Hall to tell him that God would remove Branham. Branham told Hall that God is a jealous God and no man can lightly steal God's glory. He further told hall that he believed his own death was not far away because of what the Branhamites were doing. Branham soon died from a car wreck, in which almost every major bone in his body was broken.Branham did teach and got into 'The Serpent Seed' message. This is a teaching that Eve had sex with the devil, as opposed to the mere disobedience was the cause of the fall in the Garden of Eden. H Richard Hall also begin teaching this message in his latter years. It was unfortunate for both men to do so. Instead or realizing that when Christ said " God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth" John 4:24 KJV, he was telling us to worship from the soul. This said, the mere act of disobedience and unfaithfulness corrupted both Adam and Eve. Neither men acknowledged that the real 'Serpent Seed' was spiritual, in being disobedience rather than physical. The Bible does not support the Serpent Seed message.The Branham Cult is mostly, if real at all, a bunch of mis-guided folks that began to worship a man. This faith in Branham had his followers thinking he would raise from the dead. Branham, however gave no indication that he believed he would raise from the dead. He believed that God was angry at the fact folks were worshiping him instead of God and called Hall to tell him so. Branham never wanted anyone to follow him. When that sort of following started, Branham knew he would not live much longer.'The Cult' as this books references was in the misunderstandings of Branham's followers. In fact, the mere thought of folks following Branham, instead of Christ made a cult.
It takes things out of context and twist the facts to justify his personal options- john Collins has been exposed for alleged homosexuality claiming to have been demon processed , and also if you expose his books or videos he will file a law suit he can attack you but you can not respound to him . he is making a living off attacking a dead man that cant defend himself..
Did a Kindergartener write this book? The author seems very suspect after using a baphomet photo in trying to expose a cult. Why use a baphomet photo ? You must be a luciferian. Wow
I was raised a Branhamite and agree that it is a cult. I read the free PDF of this book and not the kindle version.The problem I have with the book is that while it reveals many of the incongruities of William Branham, there are so many factual errors in interpretation of the teachings of Freemasonry (incorrectly identified in the book as a religion) as well as over simplifying other belief systems. There is also a clear lack of fundamental and accepted knowledge of the bible it is instead couched in a more evangelical version of he bible (though less so than the Branham message).I applaud the author's attempt to revel the destructiveness of "The Message" and the impact is has on people who follow it but urge the author to actually study religious and bible scholars and understand the true history of the document and the teachings. The challenge in that though for many is that it leads them away from Christianity and that is hard to accept for many.If you are on the edge about William Branham this book will probably validate some of the things you've been wrestling with but don't stop with this book there are many more you should read to get a balanced view of what you've been missing, for example The Pagan Christ.
